A Beach themed farm that is close to the ocean and houses a lot of room for surfing. The biggest attraction though is the giant Rose Garden that seems meticulously cared for by Allison at least once every day to keep the roses blooming well. This farm sometimes has Wild water types visit, but she usually never bothers them as she respects wild Pokémon in their natural habitat. If anyone tries to catch the Pokémon around, Allison has cameras all around the farm and will immediately Paige an officer jenny or a nearby ranger.

A Small farm surrounding a mansion estate, possibly the place where Selena stays when not travelling around. She offers breedings for a small fee, and sells eggs for varying prices depending on thePokemon's rarity. She also is seen frequenting the beach area, just getting inspiration for her next move, and also reflecting on her decisions quite regularly.
